For people with something stirring

Have abrave idea?Let’s move it.

If there’s a question, project, or next chapter you can’t quite leave alone, you’re in the right place. I write, speak, and build to help meaningful ideas find their next honest move.

If it’s not brave, it’s just boring.

Not a straight
line. A true one.

I’ve built businesses, raised kids, served aboard an aircraft carrier through 9/11, and led a civil grand jury.

I spent years believing the crooked path meant I had fallen behind. Now I know better. The detours gave me the material. The scars gave me the language. The people gave me the reason to use both.

Worth
carrying.

I’m less interested in presenting a finished philosophy than following questions that change how we live, work, create, and pay attention.

I keep coming back to this: most of us are not short on information. We’re short on attention. What changes when we notice the assumptions and invisible systems already steering us?

I’ve rarely thought my way into clarity. Usually I have to make an honest move, learn from the mess, and make another. Motion has taught me more than waiting ever did.

Income matters. But so do skills, systems, ideas, and choices that cannot vanish with one company’s decision. I’m interested in building lives with more handles on the wheel.

Carry this one further

I’m trying to build a better scoreboard—one with room for presence, health, character, belonging, wonder, and enough. Ambition should serve a life, not swallow it.
